ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Elizabeth

Elizabeth Flaherty was born and raised outside of New York City where, from an early age, she was obsessed with stories – reading, writing, and any opportunity to sink deeply into characters in settings from the fantastic to the mundane.

Elizabeth later went on to study law in Philadelphia, where she worked for many years in the District Attorney's Office.

Her extensive knowledge of literature and criminal justice inspired her to pen her first novel, The Sinners—a supernatural thriller in which a young woman's deceased spirit enacts revenge on the people she believed were responsible for her death.

Following the success of The Sinners, Elizabeth constructed three more novels: Vendetta, Legacy, and the much-anticipated supernatural thriller, The Prophecy. Beyond devising suspenseful psychological page-turners, Elizabeth invites her readers into the minds of strong-willed and inherently flawed female protagonists, each with a chip on her shoulder and a fire within.

She currently resides outside of Philadelphia with her vegetable garden and her two biggest fans: a hilarious hound and an endearingly aloof tuxedo cat, both of whom have a nasty habit of trying to handle all of her PR.
